Surf Dinani

Surf Dinani is the Chief Executive Officer of Veloce Capital. He has spent more than two decades financing and structuring real estate projects across the United States, with experience spanning acquisitions, development, structured finance, and joint venture execution.

Prior to leading Veloce Capital, Surf participated as an equity partner, mezzanine capital provider, and joint venture partner in the development and management of numerous real estate investment properties. His background combines deal sourcing, transaction structuring, and capital markets execution with a hands-on understanding of how projects are underwritten, financed, and brought through completion.

At Veloce Capital, Surf oversees platform strategy across equity, debt, and direct-investment structures. He is particularly focused on aligning capital with overlooked markets where local execution, disciplined underwriting, and creative structuring can generate durable risk-adjusted outcomes.
